How Streamline improved the order planning accuracy for global tech company

Challenge
Before integrating Streamline, SoftServe managed warehouse accounting and detailed analytics across its locations in a unified system. While these processes were effective to a certain extent, rapid growth and scaling presented challenges. Manual forecasting calculations consumed excessive time, particularly amid dynamic changes, and existing processes became less efficient with expansion into new locations. Automation was essential to optimize these processes.
Project
In response to these challenges, SoftServe implemented Streamline platform, offering an integrated solution for supply chain optimization. The implementation process, accomplished in five months, proved to be effective. Outcomes
The implementation of Streamline led to notable improvements in supply chain operations, including:

- Improved order planning accuracy and replenishment in constant uncertainty and change;
- Gained visibility (by having data in one place: Inventory level, orders in transit, demand forecast).
Overall, the implementation of Streamline resulted in substantial cost and time savings, transforming SoftServe’s procurement process.
